Visualisation, relaxation and simple breath work are still a valuable part of their practice to conserve energy and develop a bond with the growing baby.<br><br>During the third trimester, the pace is gentle with the emphasis on preparing the body-mind-soul for birth.&nbsp;As every pregnancy is different the yoga practice can be tailored for individual needs.<br><br>Regular practice of relaxation, breathwork, meditation and gentle postures support the women through all stages of pregnancy.
