These are the particular areas most women have issues with. Taking care of them from an early stage in life, <strong>maintaining <\/strong>its health, <strong>strengthening <\/strong>or <strong>relaxing <\/strong>is very important. <br><br>Dealing with menstrual pain (PMS), fertility, hormonal changes, perimenopause and menopause can be a quite difficult and painful experience.
