We are located on the second floor in Leinster House. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are a dedicated team, providing yoga classes 7 days a week to suit your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are all passionate teachers and we'd like you to experience all the benefits of yoga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our wide range of classes do provide the opportunity of movement from absolute beginner to advanced practitioner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We do offer chair yoga for those recovering from injury or suffering from a specific condition, and\/or range of movement restricted. We also have trauma sensitive yoga class as well assisting you on the journey of recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also have restorative yoga classes for stress management on Monday &amp; Friday evenings. Restorative yoga classes are an important part of a balanced practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients have access to parking and elevator in the building.
