Me and yoga, Yoga & Me, Us
Me and yoga first met in 2010. I have just moved to Malahide and a friend of mine started to do his teaching practice in town.
He asked around people who’d like to give it a go and so I did. At first, it was all about the physical stuff, you know, the Asanas. Perhaps because of my two brothers I am, I can be very competitive at times. I wanted to achieve.
This class provides a variety of asanas on a gentle, less physical way.
Vinyasa flow is a relatively strong, more physical class where yogis move with their own breath, moving fluidly from one pose to another.
Women well-being class was created for Ladies of all age and at any stage of life.
