Kids Yoga summer camp (5-9 years) is a fun 5-day camp, 3 hours per day (11 am - 2 pm). A gentle and playful introduction to yoga through the imitation of animals and the world around us. We do some partner work and breathing; art and meditation, loads of games. Expect fun, laughter and physical activity in a friendly, safe and clean environment. Light, healthy snack and own bottle of water are needed.

During this 2 hour workshop after Christmas, you can expect a lovely flow class with plenty of pranayama (breathing techniques), twists, forward bends and a nourishing and nurturing savasana (relaxation at the end). Breathing is the best way to detox the body and get rid of all what's not needed, flushing out toxins.

Flow movement with breath added twists and forward bends help the body in its own cleaning process. Twisting and bending nourish the movement of the spine, maintain flexibility, aid digestion and better circulation.

During menstruation, a woman may experience pain, lower abdominal cramps, bloating and lower back pain. She could also feel nausea and dizziness at times. Any of these symptoms can seriously affect your everyday life and even lose working days as a result of it.

We have created this 2-hour workshop for all Ladies; Mums and Daughters, Sisters, Nieces, Aunties! We'll introduce you to yoga poses and breathing techniques that can help you deal with all the above-mentioned discomfort. We'll look into the diet as well and discuss how your food intake is affecting your hormonal balance and as it is mood fluctuation during period time. Getting to know your cycle will help you to better understand yourself and instead of being a negative, draining experience you can empower yourself and other women.

In this 2 hour workshop, you'll have the opportunity to slow down, stop and reflect. Slowing down intentionally is very important as we are fast approaching the end of winter, and spring is just around the corner. Relax, rest and let go of all you do not need anymore (darkness, bad habits, relationship that doesn't serve you anymore) and think all what you need.

Dream big and be brave to ask the Universe all you believe would help you reach your fullest. Recharge your inner batteries, get yourself energised; light and brightness are coming to your way. The goal is to feel no tension in the body at all. Think of candles, props, blankets, eye-pillow and soft, relaxing music.

New Year, New Beginnings. If you have decided to try something new in 2020 and its yoga, then this is the workshop for you to start with. This 2-hour workshop is designed for complete beginners and will give you a glance of basic Asanas; breathing techniques and relaxation we practice during a yoga class. It will give you the confidence to feel comfortable while practising yoga and stay safe on your mat. It will help you to connect with your breath and really tune in with your body.

Its time to start you on a new journey!

Online booking is essential to attend classes!
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow yourself settle in, get centered, and prepare for practice! (If its your first time in the studio, fill out our health consent form!)
Bring a water bottle. Keeping hydrated while excercise is very important!
Put your shoes on the shelf and hang up your coat!
Turn off your phone!
Check in at reception and if you need to update your instructor about recent injuries, surgeries, anything regarding to your health please do so!
Please avoid stepping on other mats even if they are not occupied at your arrival!
Take your mat, lie quietly, or do some gentle warm-up poses. Check in with your mood and begin to let go of outside thoughts and concerns.
Be kind to your body! Respect its limitations and discover its possibilities. Yoga is a journey!
Clean your mat after class with the spray and towel provided!
Avoid stepping back on the mat once its cleaned! If you do step on it, please wipe it again!
Put your equipment away after use! (block, blankett, eye-pillow, bolster)
Place the used towel in the basket at reception!
