The session consists of different yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation/meditation techniques.
During our physical practice we focus on muscle activation/or relaxation. Softening tense muscles is just as important as learning how to engage them. Breathing mindfully helps you to be present, and cope with stress, anxiety. It clears the mind. We close each class with a long relaxation, to reset and recharge the body, mind, and soul. The objective of these therapy sessions is to empower you toward improved health and wellbeing.
