Liability Waiver

The Yoga Lodge and teachers delivering classes in there are in no way liable for any injury, loss of property, accident, misfortune resulting from attending the classes in the studio.

You are fully aware of your medical/health condition and as such understand that classes at The Yoga Lodge may be physically demanding and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is may risk of personal injury, property loss or accident.

Please be advised that camera (You MUST BE VISIBLE for teacher) and voice turned ON is essential for the whole duration of our LIVE online classes.  

Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend. Nobody likes fees, but everyday classes get fully booked, and sometimes students miss out.

Classes

1. Class cancellations can be made via the MindBody App, the MindBody website.
2. Class cancellations can be made up to 4 hours before the class start time without incurring a fee.
3. Class cancellation within 4 hours before the class start time will result in losing that class.
4. Class cancellation within 2h ours of the class start time with UNLIMITED PASSES will result of a €17 (€13 for students & €10 for online classes) LATE CANCEL FEE!
5. Clients (including student) using a 6 and 10 Class Pass who book into a class but fail to attend will lose their class.
6. Clients (including students) using UNLIMITED INTRO, UNLIMITED MONTH and UNLIMITED 1 WEEK class passes who book into class and fail to attend will be charged €17 (€13 for students & €10 for online classes) NO SHOW FEE!  
7. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone, email or social media.

Workshops

1. The Yoga Lodge does not offer refunds or credits on workshops for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.
2. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your workshop ticket into another person’s name by calling or emailing The Yoga Lodge at least 4 hours before the start of the workshop.
3. Payment needs to be made upon booking.
4. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the workshop. Late entry to workshops will not be permitted.
5. Any no show or absence will result in losing that visit.

Courses

1. The Yoga Lodge does not offer refunds or credits on courses for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.
2. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your full-term course into another person’s name by calling or emailing The Yoga Lodge at least 24 hours before the start of course.
3. The full term of course, must be paid upon booking.
4. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
5. Any no show or absence will result in losing that visit of the term.

Terms & Conditions

Please read through the terms and condition of The Yoga Lodge before enrolling/signing up to any class or course.

When enrolling/signing up to the classes or courses of The Yoga Lodge, Leinster House 50-52 Upper Main Street, Rush, Co Dublin, you agree to our terms and conditions as laid out here.

1. While we do our best to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. The Yoga Lodge is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
2. Teachers are subject to change without notice.
3. For security reasons, the door to the studio is locked at the beginning of each class.
4. Leaving class early without a medical reason is against our advice.
5. Please check in your child at reception before each class.
6. The Yoga Lodge is not responsible for the safekeeping of your child’s belongings.
7. Please note that camera (You MUST BE VISIBLE for teacher) and voice turned ON is essential for the whole duration of all our LIVE online classes.
8. Teachers of The Yoga Lodge have the right to refuse entry/participation at any time.
9. Bookings to our classes and courses are to be made via the MindBody website or app
10. To book into a class/course you must pay at the time of booking
11. You agree that you will fill out our Health Consent Form at the time of your child’s first visit to the studio.
12. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts on your first visit. After that arrive 10 minutes early please. 
13. Classes/courses at The Yoga Lodge may be physically demanding, and your child voluntarily participates in them. You, as a parent/caregiver are fully aware that as with any physical exercise there is may risk of personal injury, property loss or accident.
14. Your child does agree to follow all instructions given to you by The Yoga Lodge teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at his/her own risk and may cause injury/accident
15. The Yoga Lodge and the teachers delivering classes there is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or accident may result from attending the studio.
16. By booking into a class/course you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.

Privacy Policy

Your and your child’s privacy is important to us. In order to protect your privacy, The Yoga Lodge has principles for customer privacy and data protection. The Yoga Lodge will not sell or give away your/your child’s name, address, phone number, email address or any other information to anyone.
